How do I schedule a graduation photo session? Scheduling a graduation photo session with us is easy. Simply contact us through our website form or send us an email (shugradphotos@gmail.com), and we will work together to create the best photoshoot for you.

How long does a typical graduation photo session last? The duration of a graduation photo session can vary depending on the package you choose. On average, sessions usually last between 45 minutes to 2 hours, allowing ample time for multiple locations and outfit changes.

Can I bring props or accessories to my graduation photo session? Absolutely! We encourage you to bring any props or accessories that are meaningful to you and represent your accomplishments during your academic journey. It adds a personal touch to your photos.

What should I wear for my graduation photo session? It's best to wear attire that reflects your personal style and makes you feel confident. Consider wearing your graduation gown and cap, formal outfits, or outfits that represent your future aspirations.

Can I include family and friends in my graduation photos? Certainly! We understand that graduation is a significant milestone, and involving your loved ones in the photos can make the experience even more special. Let us know in advance so we can plan/price accordingly.

Where will the graduation photo session take place? We can discuss and decide the locations that best fit your vision (Prices vary based on location). We will go as far as needed, willing to travel!

How soon after the session will I receive the edited photos? Our turnaround time for delivering edited photos is typically within two days of the session. We take great care to ensure that each photo is edited to perfection, so it may take a little longer for larger packages.

Is there a deposit required? Yes, 50% of the total cost is due at the signing of our session contract. When you contact us for a graduation shoot with your specific date, we will hold it for 24 hours without a deposit before you forfeit your spot. The deposit is non-refundable for any reason.

What are the accepted forms of payment? We encourgage you to pay via Venmo but also accept cash and credit card through PayPal.

What happens if the weather is bad on the day of my outdoor photo session? In case of inclement weather, we can reschedule your session to a mutually convenient date. We closely monitor the weather forecast and will keep you updated regarding any necessary changes.

Champagne Photos? Those who are over the age of 21 can receive a free bottle of champagne for photos with select packages. We also encourage you to bring your own specific brand if that’s what you would prefer!
